Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! While we do not offer returns or refunds, we are happy to exchange eligible items for a different size.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 60 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with no signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage.
  • Exchanges are for size changes only. We cannot exchange for different designs, colors, or products.
  • Custom or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Shipping

  • If you need your exchanged item shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the new item.
  • Once the shipping invoice has been paid, we will ship your replacement item.
  • A prepaid return shipping label will be included in your exchange package at no additional cost.
  • You will have 14 days from the date your replacement item is delivered to return the original item using the provided label.
  • If the original item is not returned within 14 days, you will be charged for the replacement item.

Local Pickup

If you choose local pickup for your exchange, no additional shipping charge is required.
